Add one level scoop (30g) to 250ml of water in a shaker bottle and shake until smooth. Pour into a microwave-safe mug and heat on high for 60-90 seconds, stir and drink.
For a creamier drink, mix with milk or milk alternative. Make sure there is enough space at the top of the mug for the liquid to expand during heating.
Caution: Drink will be hot when removed from the microwave. Microwave instructions are based on an 800W microwave and may need to be adjusted according to the power of your microwave. Do not microwave the shaker bottle.
