Calling all those in need of a keto treat..
Here is a super easy slice with low carbs, just 5.4 grams. Make this Almond Coconut slice by just blitzing all the ingredients and baking for 10 minutes. Easy Peasy.
- 1 cup Almonds
- 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
- ½ cup Coconut Flakes
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp. Molasses
- 85g Almond Butter
- Dark Chocolate to top
- Preheat the oven to 160º and grease a loaf tin.
- In a food processer, combine all ingredients on high until almonds are fine and mixture comes together.
- Press into the loaf tin and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle with chocolate and chill.
