Sunday mornings are for protein pancakes. This weekend whip up a tasty blueberry tall stack.
- 1 Egg
- Dash of Vanilla
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup SR Flour
- 1 scoop Vanilla WPI
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Grease a mini pancake pan and heat over a cooktop.
- Spoon into pan and cook on medium, flipping when bubbles appear.
- Serve with yogurt, berries and syrup.
