Sunday mornings are for protein pancakes. This weekend whip up a tasty blueberry tall stack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup SR Flour
  • 1 scoop Vanilla WPI
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar
  • ¼ cup Blueberries

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Grease a mini pancake pan and heat over a cooktop.
  3. Spoon into pan and cook on medium, flipping when bubbles appear.
  4. Serve with yogurt, berries and syrup.
