Here is an easy way to sneak some extra veg into your pre or post workout snacks. Carrot Cake Protein Balls! With added VPA Collagen Pro.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Carrot
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
  • ½ cup Dates
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1 scoop VPA Collagen

Method

  1. Grate 1 medium carrot.
  2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and mixture comes together.
  3. Take about 2 tbsp. of mixture and roll between palms to form a round ball.
  4. Repeat with remaining mixture.
