Here is a double batch Chocolate Mug Cake recipe. One fore now, one for later.

Ingredients

  • 100ml Water
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 scoops Chocolate WPI
  • 40g Coconut Flour

Method

  1. In a bullet blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Divide the mixture between two mugs.
  3. Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes.
  4. Top with yogurt, fruit or cream and maple syrup.
