Here is a double batch Chocolate Mug Cake recipe. One fore now, one for later.
- 100ml Water
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 scoops Chocolate WPI
- 40g Coconut Flour
- In a bullet blender, combine all ingredients.
- Divide the mixture between two mugs.
- Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes.
- Top with yogurt, fruit or cream and maple syrup.
