Who doesn’t love a Frappuccino?  Your new favourite spring/summer protein smoothie is this coffee protein frappe. This drink is guilt free with less than 1g of fat, only 14.8g of carbs and a huge 27g of protein per serve!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 scoop VPA Iced Coffee WPI
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar free)
  • 1 shot Chilled Coffee
  • Splash of Coconut Water

Method

  1. In a bullet blender, blitz all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with cream and caramel if you’re feeling cheeky.
