Here is delicious double layer brownie. With a cookie dough base and a dark chocolate brownie top layer. Heaven!!!


Cookie Dough Layer
  • 1 cup Almond Meal
  • 3 scoops Vanilla WPI
  • 4 tbsp. Almond Milk
  • 50g Stevia
  • 4 tbsp. Almond Butter
Brownie Layer
  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 50g Cocoa
  • 70g Stevia
  • 3 tbsp. Almond Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100g Coconut Oil
  • 100g 80% Dark Chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 180º and line a square baking tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all first layer ingredients.
  3. Transfer into the tray and press in evenly.
  4. Melt the Dark chocolate and combine with all brownie layer ingredients.
  5. Press into tin and bake for 15 minutes.
