Not just another protein bar. Here is a delicious double choc cookie protein bar. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop VPA Chocolate Premium plant
  • 1 scoop VPA Vanilla WPI
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 50ml Milk
  • 50g Almond Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Dark Chocolate Nibs

Method

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients, keeping the chocolate to the side.
  2. Transfer to a lined loaf tin and sprinkle over the chocolate nibs.
  3. Firmly press into tin and set in the fridge for 2+ hours.
