- 1½ cup Oats
- ½ cup Cashew Nuts
- 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
- Juice & Zest 1 Lemon
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup (sugar free)
- 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Cashew Butter
- In a food processer, blitz all ingredients on high until the cashes are finely chopped and mixture comes together to form balls.
- Take small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into 14-16 balls.
