Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Oats
  • ½ cup Cashew Nuts
  • 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
  • Juice & Zest 1 Lemon
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup (sugar free)
  • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Cashew Butter

Method

  1. In a food processer, blitz all ingredients on high until the cashes are finely chopped and mixture comes together to form balls.
  2. Take small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into 14-16 balls.
