A great Peanut Butter biscuit with a secret ingredient, Beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Four Bean Mix
  • 4 tbsp. Rice Four
  • 2 scoops Vanilla WPI
  • 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp Nuts & Choc Chips

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º and line a baking tray.
  2. In a food processer combine all ingredients.
  3. Spoon out onto baking tray.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
