Keto Peanut Butter Cookies. Delicious, low carb and high protein. Perfect as a post workout snack.

(Flour Free, Gluten Free, No Added Sugar, Dairy Free option)


1 cup Peanut Butter (no added sugar)
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
2 scoops VPA Vanilla Premium Plant
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2 Eggs
1/4 cup 80% Dark Chocolate (Dairy Free)


1. Preheat the oven to 180º and line an oven tray.
2. In a heat proof bowl, melt the butter.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
4. Roll into 12 even balls and press onto the tray.
5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
