Happy Pretzel Day! 26th April. He is a tasty Protein Bar drizzled with dark chocolate and topped with Pretzels.


  • 3 scoops VPA Vanilla Premium Plant
  • 30g Coconut Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 70ml Almond Milk
  • 65g Natural Peanut Butter
  • Topping-
  • 25g 80% Dark Chocolate (or sugar free)
  • Pretzels


  1. In a food processer combine all bar ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a loaf tin and firming press in.
  3. Set in fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Melt chocolate and drizzle over bars. Top with pretzels and chill for a further 5 minutes or until chocolate sets.
  5. Cut into 6-8 bars.
