Happy Pretzel Day! 26th April. He is a tasty Protein Bar drizzled with dark chocolate and topped with Pretzels.
- 3 scoops VPA Vanilla Premium Plant
- 30g Coconut Flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 70ml Almond Milk
- 65g Natural Peanut Butter
- 25g 80% Dark Chocolate (or sugar free)
- In a food processer combine all bar ingredients.
- Transfer to a loaf tin and firming press in.
- Set in fridge for 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over bars. Top with pretzels and chill for a further 5 minutes or until chocolate sets.
- Cut into 6-8 bars.
