Love a mug cake? Here is a double batch recipe for a protein chocolate mug cake which uses VPA pure whey protein isolate. You could share this with a buddy, or perhaps have one now, and have one later!
Protein chocolate mug cake ingredients
- 100ml Water
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 scoops Chocolate WPI
- 40g Coconut Flour
- In a bullet blender, combine all ingredients.
- Divide the mixture between two mugs.
- Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes.
- Top with yogurt, fruit or cream and maple syrup.
- Enjoy your chocolate mug cake!
