Here is a great flour free Lemon Loaf. Super low in carbs with only 1 gram per serve, making it keto friendly. Best served warm with lashings of butter and sugar free maple syrup. Delish!
(Gluten Free, Flour Free, No added Sugar, Keto)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Almond Meal
3 scoops Vanilla WPI
6 tbsp. Butter
2 Lemons (Zest & Juice)
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Stevia
2 tsp Baking Powder

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180º, line and grease a loaf tin.
2. In a heat proof bowl, melt the butter.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients until smooth.

4. Transfer to the loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
