To celebrate Picnic Day in the States (23rd April), why not enjoy one of our favourite chocolate bars the Picnic Bar, with a healthier, protein packed twist. Delicious!
- ¼ cup Dates
- 2 tbsp. Oats
- 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Peanuts
- ½ cup Rice Puffs
- 3 scoops VPA Chocolate WPI
- 100g 80% Dark Chocolate (or sugar Free)
- In a food processer combine all caramel layer ingredients and blitz until smooth.
- Transfer to a loaf tin and press out flat. Chill.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all chocolate layer ingredients and mix.
- Press into tin over the caramel layer.
- Set in fridge.
- Cut into 6-8 bars.
