Whip up a batch of these quick and easy Raspberry Choc Cookie. Vegan friendly and Flour-free.


  • 1 can Chickpeas (400g)
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 scoops Vanilla WPI
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flax Meal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 100g Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 170º and line a baking tray.
  2. In a food processor combine all ingredients keeping to Raspberry and chocolate to the side.
  3. Gently mix through the raspberries and chocolate.
  4. Take bits of the mixture, roll into balls and press onto the tray.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
