Easy, No-bake Raspberry crumble slice. This beautiful slice is packed with protein, has low cals, less than 2g fat per slice and a tasty chia jam with no added sugar.


  • 150g Frozen Raspberry
  • 4 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop VPA Vanilla WPI

Base & Crumble-

  • 180g Dates
  • 120g Coconut Flakes
  • 2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
  • 40g Rolled Oats
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  1. To make the jam, combine the defrosted raspberries, chia seeds and protein. Set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor. Set aside ½ cup of mixture for crumble topping.
  3. Transfer to a square tray and press in firmly.
  4. Top with the jam and sprinkle the crumble over the top.
  5. Set in fridge. Enjoy.
