Here is a healthy Vegan protein recipe, packed with 4 scoops of Premium Plant protein. Loads of antioxidants from beautiful fresh raspberries and a sneaky teaspoon of beet 500.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops VPA Vanilla Premium Plant
  • ¼ cup Natural Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 pkt Raspberries
  • 1 tsp VPA Beet 500
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut

Method

  1. In a food processer combine all but the raspberries and coconut.
  2. Once combines add the raspberries and gently mix through.
  3. Transfer to a loaf tin and press in.
  4. Sprinkle with Coconut and set in freezer.
