Here's our recipe for homemade vegan cashew protein bars with a whopping 32.3 grams of plant protein per bar. This recipe uses VPA Australia Premium Plant protein. Premium Plant has vegan certification and combines four different plant proteins to provide a complete vegan protein powder. These cashew protein bars have only five ingredients you won't find any hidden nasties, no unnecessary additives or preservatives.

Ingredients

 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
 1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
 23 tbsp Water
 ¼ cup Cashew Butter
Toppings
 Dark Chocolate (Vegan)
 Cashew Nuts (chopped)

Directions

In a food processer, combined all protein bar ingredients until smooth.

Transfer to a loaf tin, pressing down firmly. Set in fridge for 30 min.

Melt the dark chocolate and chop cashew nuts.

4

Cut bars into 6-8 serves and drizzle with dark choc and top with cashews.

Return to the fridge until chocolate has set.
