These Choc Caramel Protein Pancakes are perfect for a scrumptious recovery breakfast.

If you love training in the morning, these delights can be a great complement to your training and reward for your efforts.  If you don’t, they certainly make getting out of bed, that little bit easier!

Using our latest Vegan Certified Plant Protein Flavour – Choc Caramel, you’ll get a great hit of protein and carbs, as well as some hi-fives from your mates…that’s if you’re willing to share!

Ingredients

 2 Eggs
 4 Dates
 5 ½ tbsp Oats
 1 dash of Milk (almond, oat, coconut, soy)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a bullet blender.

Combine all ingredients until they reach a smooth consistency.

Cook in a frying pan on moderate heat, flipping once cooked part way.

Serve with yogurt, coconut, and/or homemade caramel.
