Here we have the perfect recovery snack, the Collagen Banana Pudding. Packed with Collagen to help build and aid in the repair muscles, tendons and ligaments. This pudding is super easy and can been made ahead of time and kept in the fridge, ready for you to smash down after your next big workout.

Collagen Banana Pudding

 1 Banana
 2 Dates
 ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
 3 tbsp Water
 1 scoop VPA Collagen Pro

In a mini bullet blender, blitz the banana until smooth.


Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until combined.


Transfer to a small bowl and chill before topping with coconut, cocoa nibs and/or your favourite topping.
