This fudge is so much more than your traditional Peanut Butter fudge, loaded with protein, topped with a delicious chocolate layer and covered in silver and gold sprinkles it’s sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

Fudge
 ½ cup Almond Meal
 Dash of Vanilla Extract
 ¼ cup Maple Syrup
 ½ cup Peanut Butter
 ¼ cup Tahini
Toppings
 70 g Dark Chocolate (80% Cocoa)
 50 g Coconut Cream
 Festive Sprinkles

Directions

In a mixer, combine all base ingredients until smooth.

Press into a lined loaf tin and chill in the freezer.

To make the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate and coconut cream over a low heat for approx. 10 minutes until mixture begins to thicken.

Top the base with the chocolate mixture and scatter over the festive sprinkles.

Chill until set
