White Choc Chip Protein Cookies? Ahhhh YES PLEASE!

With just five ingredients and a preparation time of around 30 mins you’ll be glad that this healthier alternative to traditional cookies is high protein and low carb when the deliciousness keeps you coming back.  The recipe uses one of our highest rated Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) flavours, Vanilla.  If you’ve tried it after a workout, wait until you try it in a White Chocolate Protein Cookie! Ingredients

 1 Egg
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 60 g White Choc Chips
 ½ cup Cashew Butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180º.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine.

Take about 2 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball.

Place on the baking tray and lightly press to flatten.

Repeat until mixture is finished.

Place tray in oven and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
