Who loves Rocky Road?! We sure do. Here is a simple recipe, packed with protein and low in carbs.
- 3 scoops VPA Chocolate Premium Plant
- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- ½ cup Add-ins (Marshmallows, Nuts, Coconut)
- Preheat the oven to 180º and line a loaf tin.
- In a large bowl or food processor gently mix together all ingredients. (careful not to break up the add-ins)
- Transfer to the loaf tin and press down firmly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, just to melt the marshmallows.
