Who loves Rocky Road?!  We sure do. Here is a simple recipe, packed with protein and low in carbs.


  • 3 scoops VPA Chocolate Premium Plant
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • ½ cup Add-ins  (Marshmallows, Nuts, Coconut)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180º and line a loaf tin.
  2. In a large bowl or food processor gently mix together all ingredients. (careful not to break up the add-ins)
  3. Transfer to the loaf tin and press down firmly.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, just to melt the marshmallows.
