Here is great Nut-Free protein ball recipe. Tahini is a great nut alternative, rich in vitamins and minerals.


2 cups Rolled Oats
2½ scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
¼ cup Sugar-free Maple Syrup
1 cup Tahini
¼ cup Sugar-free Choc Chips


In a food processer blitz all ingredients, keeping aside the choc chips if you want them to remain as chunks rather then mixed through.
Now mix though the choc chips.
Take small bit of mixture and roll between hands to form even balls.
