Here is a perfect spring/summer breakfast. This Turkish Delight smoothie bowl is low in fat with less than 1g and high in protein with 28.9g.



  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 scoop VPA Vanilla WPI
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Rose Water
  • Splash of Coconut Water
  • Optional toppings- Fresh raspberries, Nuts, Seeds, Tahini.


  1. In a food processor combine all ingredients until smooth. (slowly adding the coconut water until you get a thick consistency, being careful not to add too much)
  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourites.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
