Here is a perfect spring/summer breakfast. This Turkish Delight smoothie bowl is low in fat with less than 1g and high in protein with 28.9g.
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 scoop VPA Vanilla WPI
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Rose Water
- Splash of Coconut Water
- Optional toppings- Fresh raspberries, Nuts, Seeds, Tahini.
- In a food processor combine all ingredients until smooth. (slowly adding the coconut water until you get a thick consistency, being careful not to add too much)
- Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourites.
- Enjoy immediately.
