In a bowl, combine the gelatin and 125ml of water and leave to bloom for 5 mins.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine BUSSIN with the remaining water. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir to combine.
Once dissolved, pour mixture into moulds and refrigerate for 15 mins or until set.
Remove from the moulds and enjoy!
