This protein version of the classic pina colada is a refreshing tropical blend of pineapple and coconut. Made using VPA’s Coconut Paradise Whey Protein, this recipe is perfect for ringing in the weekend.

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 scoop VPA Coconut WPC or WPI
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Add a dash of water if a thinner consistency is desired.
Serve with a wedge of pineapple and enjoy!
