Heat milk in a small saucepan over the stove until it starts to bubble.
Reduce the heat and add the rice. Allow to cook until creamy, stirring often.
Remove from heat and stir in the yoghurt and protein powder.
Top with stewed fruit or crumbled biscoff cookies and enjoy!
