These high protein oats make a quick winter breakfast. Topped with cinnamon, honey and fresh fruit, VPA’s Premium Plant protein is the perfect addition to help you kick-start your day the right way!

½ cup quick oats
⅔ cup plant based milk
½ scoop (20g) VPA’s Premium Plant Protein in banana or vanilla
Cinnamon, honey, seasonal fruit to garnish
Mix the oats and milk together in a bowl.
Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Stir, and then microwave for another 1 minute.
Stir in the protein powder and adjust the consistency by adding more milk.
Top with cinnamon, a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit.
