BOXING & MMA
Well known for their incredible athletic ability and highly demanding training routines, MMA and Boxing are two of the world’s most entertaining sports. The combination of continuous, explosive attacking movements, with the extremely shorts breaks between rounds require athletes to have superhuman fitness, combined with muscular endurance to allowing for knockout power. Because of the wide range of movements involved and energy systems required to be a champion, the training involved with these two sports varies widely. This wide range stress that the body must go through requires a precise level of nutrients supplied to the body throughout the day to provide optimal recovery and prevention from injury.
Fighters will maximise their recovery with WPI after training, and sip on BCAAs during training and throughout the day in their water. To replenish their electrolyte stores they will ensure they are drinking plenty of electrolytes during intense rounds of training, and prior to longer, harder sessions they will power themselves up with a strong and safe pre-workout (Pre-30, safe for all sports). To ensure they fight of muscle fatigue they will consume beta-alanine, a strong lactic acid buffer, and to cut weight they will use thermogenic fat burners.
