Q. Do I get 10% off my initial order?

A. No, you will only receive 10% off your recurring future orders.


Q. Can I cancel at any time?
A. Yes you can. Just shoot us an email to [email protected] with subject line: "ORDER [InsertYourOrder#]: Cancel subscription please". Please note that if you cancel after your first subscription, the 10% discount applied to your initial order will be charged against your credit card. 


Q. Can I change my delivery address, flavours or products?
A. Yes, you sure can. You will receive an email on Sunday (for the week that your subscription is due) with your Subscription Confirmation. Simply follow the instructions in this email in order to change the items in your subscription. All changes/cancellations close at midnight on Tuesday prior to your subscription being processed.


Q. Can special offers be used with my subscription?
A. Unfortunately not. Please understand that our 10% off price means that this is the best prices that we are able to offer on our subscription.


Q. Do I get free shipping?
A. If your subscription value is over $99 (after the subscription discount) then you will receive free shipping. Otherwise your shipping will be set at our low rate of $4.99 anywhere in Australia.


Q. What payment methods can I use for subscription?
A. At this stage VISA/Mastercard and Paypal are the only payment method that is available with our subscription.


Q. Is subscription available for international orders?
A. Yes it is.


Q. Can I receive my subscription at different times or be charged at different times?
A. Unfortunately not. For example if you purchase a 5kg pack of WPI on subscription, we could not charge you for 1kg and send this out over five months.


Q. What date will I receive my subscription?
A. All subscriptions are processed each Wednesday (if your subscription falls within the applicable week). You will receive an email on Sunday (prior to the Wednesday) informing you of your subscription. On the Wednesday morning your credit card will be charged and your order will be dispatched that day including any possible changes that you have made to your subscription.


Q. What if I am going on holiday?
A. That's easy, we can easily turn off/on your subscription for your personal holiday/travel periods (max two subscription periods in a row).


Q. What if my payment does not go through?
A. This happens from time to time. We will give you a call to find out whether you would like to cancel the subscription or if you would like to try an alternative payment method.


Q. How does subscription work?
A.

  1. Select "subscribe and save" for any items that you would like to add to your subscription.
  2. Finalise your checkout.
  3. You will receive an email on the Sunday prior to your order coming out on the coming Wednesday. This gives you 2 days to make any changes/adjustments to the order prior to it going out. 4. Sit back and relax.


Q. Can we add subscription service or discounts to your orders retrospectively (i.e. to past orders)?
A. Unfortunately not. 


Q. Can I select different time periods for different products?
A. Yes you sure can. For example, you can select to receive your 1kg of WPI protein powder every month and your 1kg of Creatine every 3 months. 


Q. Can I apply a subscription to a value pack?
A. Unfortunately not. With our pricing model, if we were to take 10% off our value packs, we would be selling at below cost. Thank you for understanding.


Q. Do you store my credit card details?
A. Definitely not, we use a third party processing gateway which will automatically recharge your card when a subscription is processed.


Q. How long does the subscription trial period last?
A. At this stage we are running our subscription trial for three months ending 31/12/2018. If we are happy with the efficiency and ROI, we will be continuing our subscription service...so get subscribing;-). Please note that VPA reserves the right to cancel or suspend subscription services at any time.
