How do I receive my rewards?
That’s easy. Log into your VPA account on the website. From there, navigate to the My Rewards page to see which rewards are available to you. This is where you’ll find any applicable coupon codes that you can apply to your order. Remember: only one freebie can be claimed with each purchase.
I found a customer tier code online, can I use it?
No. You need to login as that member to use the code. We’ve implemented this to prevent fraudulent activities.
I’ve made a purchase from a VPA retailer, can these count towards my tier?
Unfortunately not. Customer tiers only include purchases made directly from www.VPA.com.au
My tier went down. What happened?
Your tier is based on your purchases over the last 12 months.
Do customer tiers apply to wholesale accounts?
No. For commercial reasons we are not able to provide customer tiers to our wholesalers.
I’ve made orders online using multiple email addresses. Can these be combined into a single account?
No, unfortunately we cannot combine these orders retrospectively.
How do refunds affect my customer rewards?
In order to prevent fraudulent or abusive activities, refunds will be deducted from your total. VPA reserves the right to charge customers for abusing the rewards system in this manner. We want to reward our loyal customers, so don’t be a party pooper and ruin it for everyone else!
I use PayPal Express Checkout. Will my VPA customer tier still be calculated correctly?
As long as you use the same email address each time you purchase. We recommend creating a VPA account for tracking all of your orders and parcels.
