There are tens of thousands of people all around Australia that use health and fitness each and every day to overcome addiction, break bad habits, overcome diabetes (Type 2), lose weight, overcome emotional and mental demons, the list goes on.
And it's these stories that we want to be told and championed around Australia! We want them to become National stories of success, inspiration and hope in a world that provides a copious supply of negativity and despair.
If you've used Health and Fitness to overcome your struggle, we would like to hear from you. VPA Customer Stories will be a series of articles, podcasts and videos that we post over the next 6 months to our web page and social media channels.
"It always seems impossible, until it's done" -Nelson Mandela
It's often said that "Without struggle, there is no progress". And these words ring true in the minds of any person that has taken on any endeavour in the realm of "Health and Fitness". The grind, the diet, the mental focus, the routine, the dedication, they are all parts of the "struggle" and it's only once we see the light of success that it all seems worth it. However, the wonderful ability of health, exercise and movement to release positive endorphins and energy into our body cannot be denied.
If you have a story that could inspire others to get through tough situations, we want to help you get it out there!
Would anybody even want to hear about what I've been through?
Yes they would! There are tens of thousands of people just like you and I out there, that are going through the same struggles and issues that you are going through. Your story may be the catalyst that sets them free from their cycle of addiction or helps them in their journey.
