Items purchased directly from the VPA website can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days of you receiving your order according to your Fastway or Australia Post tracking. 

Returns are unable to be accepted if they are not accompanied by our returns form which is downloadable here.

To receive a full refund or store credit, items need to meet the following conditions: 

  • Unworn and unwashed 
  • Original tags still attached 
  • Unstained (no makeup or deodorant marks) 
  • Free of any smells (e.g. but not limited to perfume, deodorant and body odour) 
  • Free from animal/human hair

Returned items will be inspected on return and if deemed not to meet any of the above conditions, they will be returned to you at your own cost. VPA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions. 

Please note if the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item. If it is a sale item, you will be issued store credit. 

A shipping cost of $8.00 will be retained from refunds if your returned apparel was the only item in your original order.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. If you believe you have received a faulty product please provide a clear photo of the defect, and if you have received the incorrect item, then please provide a photo of the incorrect item. Photos can be emailed tosales@vpa.com.au . On receipt of the photographs you will be provided with the information you need to return the item. 

Want to return something?

We understand that sometimes you order something and then have to return it. Here’s how to do it: 

  • Contact our Customer Service Team at sales@vpa.com.au with your order number and concern 
  • Send the product back to the address given to you by the Customer Service Team (ensure the item meets the above conditions) 
  • We will send out a replacement product of your choice (same dollar value of returned item) 
  • Its that easy!
