Authority to leave allows the courier to leave a parcel at the delivery address without a signature.

Once an order leaves a VPA warehouse, delivery passes to the selected courier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is not present, an investigation might require a statutory declaration.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
VPA aims to deliver products in excellent condition every time.
If products arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, VPA reviews the situation under the returns policies.
Steps:

Contact VPA customer support within seven days of receiving your parcel

Provide your order number, photos and a short description of the issue

Follow any return instructions supplied by the support team
Where a product fault, incorrect product or transport damage is confirmed, VPA arranges a replacement or refund in line with the Product Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
In most cases, at least ninety percent of the product must be returned before an exchange or refund proceeds.

Order changes and cancellations
An order becomes active once payment is received and an order confirmation appears.
From that point, products move into the packing queue.

Orders are not eligible for cancellation once products leave the warehouse

Where a cancellation occurs after dispatch, VPA deducts a shipping charge of $10 per 4 kg built into the product price from any refund

Returned items must arrive in original condition unless a fault exists
If a parcel returns to VPA as undeliverable and no alternative address appears, VPA issues a refund less a shipping charge of $10 per 4 kg.
