VPA FLEX REWARDS

Welcome to the VPA Flex Rewards System!

Our rewards are controlled by an external app that will monitor paid purchases and issue rewards depending on your level of spend.

This rewards system consists of three programs:
VPA Flex Points,VPA Referrals, VPA Tiers

It's a way for us to say thank you to you for customer loyalty.

VIP REWARDS TIERS


Welcome to our Brand New VIP Tier Rewards System! Our tier rewards are controlled by an external app that will monitor paid purchases and issue rewards depending on your level of spend. It's a way for us to say thank you to you for customer loyalty.

As a way of saying thank you to our current customers, you will be able to use the reward system of our old website AS WELL as the rewards system of our new website for all purchases (until the end of the year). One reward per purchase.

ACCUMULATING AND USING FLEX POINTS

All the information can be found on the external rewards app. You can find it on the lower left side of the screen on PC or on the top section on mobile. VPA Flex Points are not available for wholesale accounts.

All customer points will expire every 365 days.

Redeem coupons once your VPA Flex Points reach a certain amount.


GIVE 10% AND GET 10% ON REFERRALS

 

Our Referral program rewards both you and your friend 10% OFF vouchers.

Simply send your unique referral link to a friend who has not yet registered with an account and made a purchase at VPA.

As at March 31, 2021, we have made updates on our VIP Tiers to provide better rewards for our customers.
Please read on for more information and FAQs below.

With this new update, we have made the decision to remove the existing rewards to make way for an updated one.
The existing rewards are set to expire on April 30, 2021 and will no longer be active and visible to customers after this date.

Frequenty Asked Questions

How will I know which tier I belong into?

On desktop: Click on VPA Flex Rewards found at the bottom left of your screen.
On mobile: Click on Rewards on the top menu bar.

How to use the coupon codes?

  1. Follow the applicable criteria for the particular rewards
  2. Apply the coupon code to the cart payment page.
  3. Complete Checkout

Where can I find my rewards/tiers vouchers?

All your rewards and vouchers should appear under the Your rewards section on the main page of the app. Simply click on the voucher you want to use and copy the link/code and apply at checkout.

If this section isn’t visible to you and you belong under the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Tiers, please email us at sales@vpa.com.au and we will provide you with the coupons available for your tier.

 


THINGS TO NOTE:

  • VIP Tier Rewards are a way of rewarding you for increased and long term spend on a calendar basis.
  • Enjoy the benefits of your tier rewards up to the next calendar year. What you earn this year, you can spend until the next following full calendar year, provided that you use up your coupons before they expire.
  • Make sure to keep your VIP Tier by meeting the required spend within a calendar year. Otherwise, you may go down a tier and lose your benefits.
  • As per normal, only one Tier Reward or special offer can be used per purchase.
