How do I place an order using credit?

You can place your order the same way you always have. The only difference is that at checkout, you can now select “Choose Payment Method Later” or “Credit Card.” If you choose the latter, the payment will be automatically charged on your due date.

Where can I find my due date?

This information will be displayed at check out and on your order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email on the day of your due date as a reminder if no payment has been received.

Can I pay my balance in advance?

Absolutely! To pay early, go to Orders, select the order you’d like to settle, click “Pay Now”, and follow the prompts.

How do I pay with Bank Transfer?

Follow the same steps as above and select Bank Transfer as your payment method. Our banking details will be provided from here. Once payment is confirmed, your account and credit facility will automatically update within 24 hours.

Can I request a higher limit?

Yes, you can. Your eligibility for a higher line of credit depends on your past purchasing history with us. Please refer to the table below for the applicable credit limits:
