What an incredibly fullfiling morning at the LSKD HQ celebrating Women who live and breathe health and fitness during Women's Month! We can confidently say, the VPA Fam is like no other... in true LSKD spirit, witnessed the ladies rise by lifting others.

It was our absolute pleasure to have onboard two very powerful and influencial women, Dual Olympian Swimmer, Brianna Throssel andSweat Trainer, Katie Martin.
