In collaboration with Inglewood Coffee Run Club, we’re bringing the community together
for a cruisy 3km—nothing hectic, just enough to get the legs ticking. We'll kick it off with
a structured warm-up led by VPA athlete and coach Dee Parisi,
setting the tone for a strong, efficient run.
From there, Dee will take you through a practical performance session—
covering how to fuel with intent, recover properly, and refine your pre- and post-run rituals
so you can train consistently and perform at your best.
Whether you’re chasing PBs or just getting started, this is your chance to
tap into better running habits in a supportive, high-vibe environment. Then, wrap it all up with
post-run recovery, free breakfast bites, amazing coffee, and a strong community atmosphere—
because performance doesn’t stop at the finish line.
