VPA AUSTRALIA are proud to announce that we have won twoProduct Review Awards in 2020– Best Online Shop and Protein and Supplement retailers. Product Review is Australia's oldest and most comprehensive online platform where consumers can rate and review products and services. Most importantly, companies can't remove or alter reviews, so what you see on Product Review is the honest opinion of customers.
At this point in time, we have over 21,000 reviews, almost 18,300 5-star ratings, and an overall star rating of 4.8 – we are really proud of these numbers but of course we’re aiming to make that creep closer to 5 starts!
The annual Product Review Awards are further recognition of the amazing levels of customer satisfaction we have achieved over the past year by providing products of exceptional quality, at a great price, and backed up by our awesome customer service.
As a team, we are particularly proud to receive this recognition, as 2019 has been a year of many new product releases and the exponential growth of our wholesale sector.
Throughout this period of significant growth, our entire team including our food technologists, production staff, IT team, marketing and promotions division, our warehouse and dispatch team, as well as our customer service staff, have worked tirelessly to make sure our new and returning customers receive the tastiest and highest quality products, at a brilliant price, as quickly as possible.
