VPA Australia is pleased to offer a Credit Facility Program for approved gyms in Australia to provide ease of purchase of VPA protein powders and supplements. This document outlines the Terms and conditions governing your participation in the Program. By applying for and using the Program, you, our customers, agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
- Be a registered business in Australia with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Be a gym owner/operator.
2. Credit Limit
The standard credit limit is $2,500 for all approved applicants.
You may apply for a higher credit limit based on your past purchase history with VPA (refer to Section 7).
3. Payment Terms
You are granted 30 days from the invoice date to settle your outstanding balance.
4. Account Set-up and Application
You can apply for a Credit Facility account online through our website. Account approval is subject to VPA's internal assessment. There is no credit check required for the standard limit.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
For credit account transactions, we accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Buy now, Pay later options (e.g Zip Pay or Afterpay) are not available for credit accounts.
6. Orders and Processing
Your order may be placed on hold if you have an outstanding invoice past due.
Orders may also be held if your credit limit has been reached.
To resume order processing, settle your outstanding balance on your stockist account and contacting us at sales@vpa.com.au.
7. Higher Credit Limit
You can apply for a higher credit limit based on your past 12 months' purchase history with VPA:
$50,000+ purchases - $5,000 credit limit
$100,000+ purchases - $7,500 maximum credit limit
8. Multiple Locations
Customers must establish separate credit facilities for multiple branches with unique login credentials and email addresses.Using separate accounts allows for optimal credit utilisation and management for each location.
9. EDI Orders and Pharmacies
Currently, the EDI integration with PharmX does not support the credit facility program.PharmX orders will follow the standard payment terms outlined in your invoice.
10. Invoices and Payments
In case of duplicate invoice statements, contact us at sales@vpa.com.au with your invoice number, paid amount, and remittance advice screenshot.
11. Customer Service
For inquiries regarding order status, payments received, or any other program-related issues, contact our customer service team.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you beforehand. You may terminate your participation by notifying us in writing.
13. Disclaimer
VPA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or its suitability for your business needs.
You are solely responsible for all purchases made under your credit facility account.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a reputable arbitration service provider.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VPA regarding the Credit Facility Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
16. Amendment
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Privacy
VPA Australia are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information, including your credit information.
Your credit information is personal information and all of the provisions of our Privacy Policy apply to your credit information. We may provide more details to you on how we will collect, hold, use and disclose your credit information when we collect any of that information from you.
