Credit Limits
Our standard credit limit is set to $2,500 for every VPA stockist but you may apply for a higher credit limit depending on your specific business needs and purchase history with us.

To successfully apply for VPA Stockist Credit Facility Account you'll need to ensure you can say 'yes' to the following:
- Do you have a valid ABN number?
- Do you have good credit history?

Do I have to be a business owner to be eligible for a Credit Facility?
Yes. Unfortunately, due to our insurance policies, you must have a valid ABN and a reliable credit history for us to issue you a credit account.
How many days are the credit terms?
30 days from date of invoice.
I've received a statement for an invoice which I've already paid.
Direct deposits can sometimes be difficult to match to specific invoices if the reference information isn't clear. To quickly resolve this, please send an email to sales@vpa.com.au with the following information:
- Your invoice number
- The amount you paid
- A screenshot of your remittance advice
Once we receive this information, we can promptly update your account balance and ensure you don't see this statement again.
Why can’t I place an order?
There are two possible reasons why your order can’t go through the system:
Outstanding Invoice:
If you have an invoice that's past due (outside of your 30-day credit terms), your order will be on hold. To reinstate your credit and allow your order to process, you can:
- Click the "Pay Now" button.
- Contact us at sales@vpa.com.au to arrange immediate payment.
Credit Limit Exceeded:
Your order might not have gone through if your account's current credit limit of $2,500 has been reached.
To clear your credit and allow your order to proceed, you can click the "Pay Now" button.
I've made a payment via account, but I've not received my items.
To assist you promptly, please contact our customer service team. We'll verify your payment and investigate any potential delays. There may be a few minor transactions that are still being processed, which could be affecting your order status.
I’d like to apply for a higher credit facility, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. Your eligibility for a higher credit facility depends on your past purchasing history with us. Please refer to the table below for the applicable credit limits:

I have multiple gyms and pharmacies. Am I able to get credit facility for each branch?
Credit Facilities for Multiple Locations
Yes, you can establish separate credit facilities for each of your gyms and pharmacies. To do so, you'll need to create individual accounts for each location, complete with unique login credentials and email addresses.
While some business owners manage multiple locations using a single account and changing delivery addresses, this approach doesn't allow you to fully leverage the credit features that VPA offers. Having separate accounts for each branch ensures optimal credit utilisation and management.
For Pharmacies: We use the EDI to order via pharmacy platform. Can we apply a credit limit to our account?
Credit Limits for EDI Orders
Currently, our EDI integration with PharmX doesn't support credit facility access. Therefore, your PharmX orders will follow the standard payment terms and conditions outlined in your invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods for Credit Accounts
For credit account transactions, we currently accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Please note that Buy now, Pay later options (e.g Zip Pay or Afterpay) are not available for credit accounts due to its terms and conditions.
What if I don’t want to use the credit facility?
You may simply opt out of this opportunity but if you ever change your mind, you can simply fill up our Credit Facility Guarantee & Confidential Agreement to get access.
