Directions
Add 1 heaped scoop to 200-250ml of chilled water or low fat milk. Stir or shake for 20 seconds, or until completely dispersed.

What is Complete Tri-Protein powder
Complete tri-protein blends three different dairy proteins, whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and casein, in equal proportions. The mix of three different proteins provides a longer and sustained release of protein and amino acids over time.

One heaped scoop of our Complete protein blend is 30g and this is one serve. Each serve of Complete Tri-Protein contains 25g of protein. Each bag of contains 33 serves. If accuracy is important to you, we recommend weighing your protein to obtain the most accurate serve. This is because protein powders can settle over time, and each scoop may weigh slightly different.
What should I mix Complete Tri-Protein powder with?
Complete protein blend can be mixed with water, dairy milk, or milk substitutes. For people dieting or counting macros, please be aware that our product nutrition panels do not take into account the nutritional content of what you mix your protein with.
