What is happening to the Free Shipping Club (FSC) membership?

The Free Shipping Club membership will be phased out on 1 August 2024.

Why is the Free Shipping Club membership being phased out?

Our team is making internal changes to our services to offer greater value and rewards for our customers. These changes will unfortunately affect how the subscription works.  

What happens to my remaining free shipping credits?

We encourage you to take advantage of your remaining free shipping credits before the phase out date so that you can enjoy a seamless process of getting free shipping from your membership.

How can I use my remaining free shipping credits?

You can check your remaining credits by logging into your account. To use your remaining credits, simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

I don’t think I can use all my credits before 1 August 2024. Can I receive a refund for this?

The Free Shipping Club membership is non-refundable. However, if in the event that you are unable to use all credits before said date, we will issue a Free Shipping coupon based on your remaining credits and their specified expiry date.

I am having trouble using my free shipping credits. What should I do?

Ensure that you are logged into your account before completing your order and that the credits are still valid/not expired. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer support team at sales@vpa.com.au.
