This slice is quick to prepare and so tasty we guarantee it will be your new go-to snack. Made using VPA’s Egg Protein Powder, this sweet treat is the perfect protein boost for any time of the day.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup VPA Egg Protein Powder (or Vanilla protein)
60g smooth peanut butter
58g maple syrup
36g coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
90g Lindt No Sugar Added Dark or Milk Chocolate
40g smooth peanut butter
Line a 20 x 10cm dish with baking paper.
Blend the oats, coconut and protein in a blender or food processor until it forms a flour and starts to clump together.
Tip into a bowl and add the peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture out evenly into the lined dish and place in fridge.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Pour topping over the base and set in the fridge for 30mins or until set.
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
