1 scoop VPA Caramel WPI
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Splash of Milk
4 slices of bread
Banana & Homemade Caramel to top
In a large mixing bowl combine the protein and wet ingredients.
Take the bread and soak one at a time.
Fry with a little butter in a pan over the stove until they begin to crisp.
Top with Banana and home made caramel sauce.
