Breakfast / High Protein
There are heaps of ways to whip yourself a really good bowl of pro-oats. These are perfect for breakfast or a midday snack. Have a go with any of our protein powders and top with your favourite fruits! This one is topped with fresh strawberries. Delish!
Mix 1/3 cup quick oats with 20g protein powder
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp manuka honey
Add ½ cup boiling water
Mix all the ingredients together and add boiling water.
Stir until the oats have absorbed the liquid.
Refrigerate overnight and top with strawberries and shredded coconut.
