Not just your average Cookie. To celebrate this years choc chip cookie day (15th May) here is a great cookie recipe with everything but he kitchen sink. Top these cookies with your favourite cereal, pretzels, nuts and anything else you can find in the pantry.

- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 2 scoops Vanilla WPI
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- 4 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp. Apple Sauce
- ½ cup Dark Choc Chips
- 4 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- Pretzels
- Cereal
- Mini Candies
- Sprinkles
Topping
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º. Line and grease a baking tray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all cookie ingredients, slowly adding the coconut oil until dough comes together. Add more oil if needed.
- Divide mixture into 12 and top with your favourites. (pretzels, cereals)
- Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
