Not just your average Cookie. To celebrate this years choc chip cookie day (15th May) here is a great cookie recipe with everything but he kitchen sink. Top these cookies with your favourite cereal, pretzels, nuts and anything else you can find in the pantry.

Ingredients

1 cup Almond Flour
3 tbsp. Coconut Flour
2 scoops Vanilla WPI
1½ tsp Baking Powder
4 tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp. Apple Sauce
½ cup Dark Choc Chips
4 tbsp. Coconut Oil

Topping

Pretzels
Cereal
Mini Candies
Sprinkles

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180º. Line and grease a baking tray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all cookie ingredients, slowly adding the coconut oil until dough comes together. Add more oil if needed.
Divide mixture into 12 and top with your favourites. (pretzels, cereals)
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
