Ingredients
35g Uncle Toby’s Quick Oats
150ml Skim Milk
Pinch of Master Food’s Cinnamon

20g VPA’s Chocolate Whey
5g Cadbury Cocoa Powder
50g Banana
30g Blueberries
10g Lindt Australia’s 70% Dark Chocolate
Sprinkle of Mt. Elephant’s Hemp Seed
Directions
Combine quick oats, skim and cinnamon in a small pot over a low heat.
Mix until liquid absorbs and to desired consistency.
Remove from heat and add in whey, cocoa powder and mix.
Transfer to bowl and top with fruit, chocolate and hemp seeds.
Recipe Note
You can mix VPA's Chocolate Whey in you oats.
